A2: During ordering process, We have the inspection standard before delivery according to
ANSI/ ASQ Z1.4-2008, and we will provide the photos of the bulk finished products before packing.
Q3：I am a small wholesaler, can I place a small order?
A3：Yes, for items in existence, you can place order for any quantity. But if you want to customize
your own design, it will be started at MOQ.
Q4: What kind of paper can be printed on?
A4: Art paper have the best performance of color and design. Also, other special paper like black
card, white card, offset paper and PU leather can be used.
Q5: What are CMYK and RBG?
A5: In offset printing “Four color ”and “Full color ”mean the same thing. “Four color” represents the
four primary printing colors,Cyan(C),Magenta(M),Yellow(Y) and Black/Key(K),also known as CMYK.
Your computer screen and in most computer programs are likely formatted in RGB color space
(Red,Green and Blue).In offset printing you cannot use RGB formatted and must convert it to CMYK.
Please understand a color shift will occur in the process. CMYK cannot reproduce RGB exactly the
same and may need to be adjusted after the conversion.
Q6: How long can I get your feedback?
